Payment: Payments can be made online through our website or in cash to the driver at the end of the journey. A receipt will be provided.

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total fare.

Fares and Charges

Fares are calculated based on distance and time, as well as the type of vehicle selected.

Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, luggage, or special requests.

Driver Conduct and Responsibilities

Our drivers are trained professionals who are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct.

We reserve the right to suspend drivers who do not comply with our standards.

Customer Responsibilities

Any illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the service will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the trip without refund.
